Have to go back to ASVS, I'm pretty sure that whole incident was pre-TEO. In fact, I seem to recall shep posting about getting it expunged a while ago on the board, and I think that takes 10-15 years.

As for ASVS, I'm not saying there wouldn't be a couple jokes, but there was less casual assholery, and a lot more targeted assholery.

I know that but I also distinctly remember some of the more liberal members years ago would insult shep by mentioning prison rape. Then at some point for better or for worse depending on your point of view that sort of reference became less palatable for SDN.
