I ended up getting the job later that day, though. The reason for this post is not because I crashed my car, but because I am driving a rent...

Re: Testing Episode IV: A New Lament
Speaking of Catholic funerals, most people in my family are (or, to be more accurate, were) Catholic. My paternal grandfather was old school, and always hated the addition of music to the mass. He died before I was born, but my dad told me about the funeral, where he was in the coffin with all this...

Re: Testing Episode IV: A New Lament
lol. I left one of my car windows down and it stormed heavily during the night. Also, my engine is making a weird clicking sound. Is it a ford? And does it happen all the time or just for the first few minutes after starting? It's a 2009 Corolla. I never really noticed it until one of my roommates ...

I am only interested in Uncharted 4 at this point. Though I'm not sure how it will be since the creator of the series isn't involved.

Re: Lament 3: Cry Hard With A Vengeance
Let's just say that in a time of mental health need, my mom and her boyfriend called the sheriff (three showed up), with the boyfriend fearing for my mom's safety. Suicidal ideation does not mean I'm going to murder people. My uncle blamed me for it as well and seemed unperturbed about my mental iss...

Re: Lament 3: Cry Hard With A Vengeance
Someone my age that I grew up with when I attended church is currently dying in her home from lung cancer. It's sad. What's more sad, however, is the rationalization of that death by her family. She's going to a better place and will be with God. Okay, that's all well and good if that gets her throu...

First World Problem time: Why the fuck are audiobooks so expensive? My plan to rent from the library and rip is not working out because of shitty citizens not taking care of free items. Now I'm looking to actually buy the things.
