Day two of deer season, so far lots of tracks but no deer.

Health Canada is hilarious. "We don't recognise the medicinal benefits of marajauna" Then why do you have an access program? Why did you make it easier to apply? Why do you give me this Health Canada sheet saying this with every prescription? Have I forgotten about that since last time? Yo...

Re: videojuegos

So, I'm on Xbox One now. Anybody got any recommendations? Alien is on my list of course, but I want to finish screwing around with Destiny first. Is Diable III any better on a console? Alien is pretty blah, it's twenty hours of hiding under tables and in lockers. It looks great though and all the t...

No number on the display, couldn't get any details and she hung up when I suggested she call the police. She called back less then a minute later and then hung up when I asked where she was. So I calle...

Re: Testing Episode IV: A New Lament

Unfortunately this is going to give Quebec nationalists a sense that they can try again, I've already seen snippets of it on Twitter.

Even though it cost the PQ the provincial election last time around when one of their star candidates turned the provincial election into a bizarre pseudo referendum.

Re: Testing Episode IV: A New Lament

lol no.

We're keeping the current tires and rims for summer and we'll be using the new ones in winter. Last winter was brutal and I'm not fucking around any more. Especially as the highway we're off doesn't get plowed often enough.

Really didn't think it would be this hard to find a used skid steer in the 10,000$ range. Its gotta at least have heat in the cab, or I'll be an ice cube.

Re: Testing Episode IV: A New Lament

So about 5 this morning I was woken up by a single coyote howling close to the house. It's unusual because they usually call between 3-4am and always answer each other. So I went out with the rifle to see what was what. No sign of it but it persisted in calling even after I put two rounds into the g...
