I've been using my university's career center, LinkedIn, and Glassdoor. Here's my resume: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B0zLU ... y1TVWNpR1E

That resume looks pretty OK. Sorry, not much advice I can offer apart from "don't give up" :-(

The issue is that I suck at whiteboard tests, which shouldn't even be a thing. The real world does'nt work like that: I don't have five people watching me code a feature I was tasked with. I understand it's supposed to "demonstrate" how I think things through. I fail because I have people watching me and when I ask for help, their faces ALWAYS fall.
