So he played himself? :v

Okay that was unfair, I don't know anything about the guy and for all I know he's a pretty swell dude.

I'm pretty sure he said mean things about Star Wars.

I can't think of a movie of his in the last decade where he plays a douchebag. You got me there.

"Catch me if you can" ?

But, yeah, I should probably clarify this as a broader "unsympathetic character".

From the trailers alone (without having watched the movies), I get the impression that it's the cases in at least "Inception" and "Django Unchained".
No.

His character in Inception is pretty sympathetic. I completely forgot about Django. That should come of no surprise since it was directed by Tarantino, a blight in charge of a camera.

I guess you can say he's a douchebag in Catch Me if You Can, which I somehow forgot about as well.

Though after checking "Catch me if you can" came out in 2002, so it doesn't really count as last decade

It's not 2012?

Anyway, I can't recommend Wolf of Wall Street enough. It really pushes the boundaries of the rating system. It portrays excess with excess and it really, really makes you hate Wall Street goons.

I thought he was at least somewhat sympathetic in that movie. At least the way he started off, and then in the clear way he seems to treat Tom Hanks' character as like a surrogate father, seeking his attention/approval and how he felt so betrayed when he thought Hanks lied to him about being alone (even though he didn't and it was, IIRC, the French cops who went in against his wishes).

I think when he got caught up in what he was doing, yeah he became a bit of a douche there, but that wasn't his intention and arguably he didn't really know how to handle his gift.

I wonder how many people would fall for rainbow parties if somebody posted about them, since you've got at least one guy going for the knockout game as a real thing.

A friend of mine told me he paid for SFDebris to review the entire Code Geass series. I appreciate the videos but spending $1,000 to get a series you like talked about? Jesus.

Tell your friend to spend another $1k to have someone review a handgun so he can promptly go buy one and kill himself. Jesus.

Obviously kidding, but holy hell is that such a waste of money.
