There's that. One local guy wanted to come by in the middle of the day, while the kids are home and kept asking via text. Or to take val and park.

Hadn't even met him yet. And no didn't mean no. She told him I'd shoot up his car (i wouldn't) and he finally got the message.

Sorry to hear that Los. I haven't had panic attacks in a while, but when I did they were pretty horrible. I'd get in this loop where the panic would make me think about the trigger.

For me it was heavy duty medication. Worked like a charm.

EDIT: well, that and managing stress. It's like drinking, you're never really 'cured', you just manage it to the point where you can get on with your life.
