Re: btech
Is he the one who's literally the only person still posting in that Btech tech thread that's been in OSF for like a million years?

Re: btech
I guess you could sort of compare what he does to what Conner does with his 40k analysis threads, but there's actual discussion in most of those, plus, conner's self-aware enough to joke about it sometimes. It should be obvious to Painrack at this point that nobody's really listening to what he has to say. I mean there were never that many BattleTech fans on SDnet even when the board was more active. He's got to be the only one left by now.

Re: btech
I might install World Of Battlemechs to see how shitty it is with my own eyes.
Never played any robit game apart from (the first missions of both) AC4 and Front Mission Evolved, so I guess I shouldn't have much of a bias one way or the other, right ?

No.
Re: btech
To be fair, I thought AC4 was shit because of awful control and situational awareness issues, not loading times.
But I ever only played it maybe two times, and to that point my experience on console was limited to the SNES and Wii, so...

Every now and then I consider borrowing it or renting it.
A quick trip to Youtube reminds me why I should save the effort.
