Well, Inquisitors work with all kinds of people. Their tasks go well beyond merely burning all the heretics. Radical Inquisitors use /Daemonhosts/ for crying out loud.
Besides, a Heretek can be useful to an Inquisitor; the non-chaos aligned sort is merely not aligned with the AdMech, which means a minimum of their usual nonsense, and on top of that they'd have to be stupid to ditch the Inquisitor and make a run for it.
