I personally know a guy who got a permanent tattoo to honor an Original Character from a pony fanfiction on his upper arm.

Though it's just two cards, and isn't directly pony related.

Still, just browse derpibooru with the right keyword(s), and you'll find a number of people who got MLP tattoos. And I mean, directly pony-related tattoos.
