I was going to complain that the game doesn't feature enough different policies to sustain the game over long periods (say, after more than a decade in power), but it seems that modding the game is as trivial as modifying CSV spreadsheets in the game's folders.

Give that game a try. It's about half an hour start to finish and well, it's fucking crazy and fun.

So I just wrapped Far Cry 3. I chose the "not a fucking crazy person" ending. And just watched the "fucking crazy person" ending.

Wow. So. Yeah.

That's fucked. ULTIMATE WHITE MAN BABY FTW!

I picked up the first two Mass Effect games because I never played them and they were going for $10 on Steam.

I remember someone saying that it was the first game they've ever played where their character accidentally had lesbian sex.

I now know it was funny because of how true it is.

HAS NO ONE PLAYED FROG FRACTIONS YET?

SERIOUSLY. This is almost as bad as G&C.

Frog Fractions is a free browser game that takes half an hour. XCOM is none of those.

Is 89.99$ a good deal for all of the X-com games plus both borderlands games?

Do you have time to play a bajillion hours of every XCOM and both BLands?

Borderlands 2 is really all you need to experience the universe. The games are pretty much the same.

I have played a few minutes of Frog Fractions, Ando. Died fairly quick, but that's because like a number of browser games it doesn't take into account the fact not everyone has a QWERTY keyboard...

What to say... Seems like a fairly standard game for its genre, apart from the fact the score is displayed as fractions.

Oh Oxy. Oh. Oh my dear Oxy.

Where is Stofsk? I know he finished that game.

*edit* And I assume you bought something that does key input instead of mouse, hence it breaking for you? You don't need to do that. Just get the turtle. Everything flows from the turtle.

The problem, in fact, was that I bought the turtle.

BUT. The move buttons are WASD. On my keyboard, the layout for these keys is ZQSD : Z is inverted with W, and Q with A.

So, protip to anyone making a flash computer game : always let people the option to re-map the keys.

Too simple. :v

(and possibly unergonomic)

I don't think it'd be that hard to let players change the keys.

I swear, I've managed to get more enjoyment out of Kerbal Space Program than any other video game in the past year.

at least since I bought SR3 last year.

Yeah it's easily shot way up there for me. KSP has been a delight in a way I haven't felt about a video game in years.

Huh. Did they stop doing N7 challenges for ME3? This is the second week in a row that there hasn't been one. Come to think of it there hasn't been a new Spartan Ops episode in a while either.

Maybe everybody's just taking a break for the holidays.
