I am not. It's a good song, and it was quite popular in its time.
I think I might even have sang it either when I was in a choir or during music class.

Honestly I shouldn't be snobby about something that works for people, I used a 2.1 set on my computer for years.Stofsk wrote:what is bullshit about 2.1 and 5.1 speaker sets

That said the shortfall of 2.1/5.1 boxsets is that the tiny little satellite speakers they usually use aren't particularly great, so the subwoofer has to take on more range, and there's usually a range where neither the subwoofer nor the satellites are really effective.
With a good set of speakers though you shouldn't need a subwoofer; in a "proper" setup the subwoofer should only kick at sounds below like 80hz... basically those sounds you feel, like an explosion or a gunshot or maybe a heartbeat or whatever.
The best thing about the boxsets is that they're very compact, which is an entirely legitimate concern.

Don't know what to tell you about the noise, though. Does the sound go away if you disconnect the USB cable? If it does, you might try using a different connection like analog, or optical.

Just customize 3.1 home theater. That's all you need, really.
Re: Lament 3: Cry Hard With A Vengeance
Nah, it's the amp stage itself that's wearing out.uraniun235 wrote:Oh neat, that doesn't look bad.Oxymoron wrote: Witness the crap'ness of my cellphone camera ! :

A week of job interviews ahead. It would be alright if it wasn't for the hours and hours of driving every time.
