Clearly he failed to check the date in trying to stir up some "hurr hurr stupid bronies" action.
EDIT: Although really, while I think "marrying" an MLP character is quite over the top (was that part even real, I seem to recall it being a troll thing) I'm all for getting rid of clopper art, fics and anything related.

no way those are hilarious
well
I mean, the thought of them existing is hilarious
without clopfics (I love that there's a special term for my little pony porn lol) the world would be a slightly less hilarious and delightful place

Look 'soup we already know you're a terrible person with an Apple Bloom fursona. You don't need to remind us.

Look, clopfic is just rule 34 in action and you need to eat a bag of cement mix. Just because it's your fanon doesn't make it exempt.

But I'm a daring maverick who doesn't play by the rules.
"We're Apples forever, Apples together, we're family but so much moooore! No matter what comes, we will face the weather, we're Apples to the coooore!"
"Eeyup!"
Awesome song, especially because of Applejack's featured role.

oh shit, that's right, AJ episode today
Rarity episode last week was pretty good. I don't see why they needed to explicitly revert to the status quo at the end, though. Not all the characters are in every episode, so I don't see why they couldn't have just scheduled some Rarity-less episodes directly afterwards, and maybe throw in a line about her still being in Manehatten? Ah, well.
I'm pretty sure that's not how fashion shows work, though. Like, 80% sure. I would have preferred it if
Rarity had gotten a permanent sidekick at the end of the day,
but I can understand why they didn't go with that.

Rarity gets some good episodes. And good songs. No denying that.
I think your idea could work. Heck, this week was Rarity-less, after all, and the next episode doesn't need to have Rarity, though she could still be included. After that it's more up in the air.
And speaking of future episodes:
"Simple Ways" and "Twilight Time" sound pretty interesting, especially the former. Looking forward to synopses for those.
Also Season 5 has been confirmed according to Equestria Daily. So yay for more ponies!

ok when i was i was outlining that rd/scoots flying idea. Why did no one tell me that is basically want already happened that episode?!
So I'm all caught up to the Apple Cousin Pie episode. And wow, two AJ centric songs in one season? They are making up for lost time.
Got to say my favourite moment so far was just after the Bats! Song. "fruitbat wrap up! fruitbat wrap up!"

'so how are we supposed to find out fer sure?'
GOM JABBOR
man the Apple family song is just the best
'just one problem. We don't have a raft
just bout the only thing we didn't pack...'
aww man this is fricken great
'ah think we're all agreed that from here on out, ah should be in charge of everything.'
I think I've said it before, but I could watch a spinoff starring the Apple family
including Pinkie Pie, eeyup
anyway, that was totes amaze
easily the best episode of the season so far
and I'm not just saying that because it was a best pony episode

Nothing beats out Flight To The Finish for me.
Cousin Pie is okay and yeah the apple family is awesome but kinda lacked some oomph. Given the mane six have been honourary apples since season 2.

So 'Rainbow Falls'.
Ugh. It was okay I guess. Given a 'friends or not' choice it was obvious where Rainbow was going to end up and I don't think they did it in the best way. I'm not such a big fan of Bulk Biceps and Derpy that they could save the episode for me. I'll admit I was hoping for Scootaloo appearing in this one as a sort of follow up to Flight To The Finish but that was never going to happen.
It seems the Equestria Games brings out the asshole in everyone. Well Spitfire at least. She seems less and less worth of RD's respect every season. It seems weird that professional flyers are allowed in the Olympics equivalent.
