They are extremely polite, by the book, listen to advice and suggestions and never unhappy that you are calling or they have had to wait 10min on hold.

The exact opposite of any client we have with "doctor" in their name.

a 10 minute wait is no big deal because you know 90% of the time the whole system is going to work and you'll get your shit done

even 2-6 weeks processing times are okay

because it beats the old country where it's a 2-6000 buck processing fee to get shit done and there's no guarantee it'll be done anytime soon
