And the LORD did say, "Zinegata, thou art a lunatic. Remove myself from mine sight or I shall smite thee." And Zinegata said, "Ah, the usual suspects, dogpiling again."

I'm loving this. It may be Zinegata's Last Stand, since he's going full crazy. But has he PMed you with anything yet? Because I think Jimmy Dean doing that with a bunch of "lol drop the act, you're emotionally unstable" was pretty crazy, but maybe not as much as "Smells like Robespierre! Anarchists!"

Bakustra, man, can you deal with Tomzilla. I've had a long day of fighting anti-OWS garbage and don't have the energy to do it again right before I go to sleep.

Question: Why is SCrawl throwing everything into Bottom of the Barrel even though Zinegata's idiocy deserves it's own HoSed thread? Wait, nevermind I know, worst mod on SDN.

how do you know it's asylum-wall scrawlings who's doing it? answer: because he doesn't leave any posts on anything and because he's the only man dumb enough to respect zinegata's opinions. besides simon, apparently.

anyways, los, i went with a more conciliatory approach to tomzilla

The larger truth is that recessions always destroy wealth and small business incomes at the top. Perhaps those who obsess over income shares should welcome stock market crashes and deep recessions because such calamities invariably reduce "inequality." Of course, the same recessions also increase poverty and unemployment.
Sometimes I get the impression the right wing doesn't actually understand why the left wing has a problem with the 1%.

Oh look, the Wall Street Journal espouses sheer stupidity that makes them less sympathetic. "Wah, wah, I lost some money, so even though you lost your job and will have no chance of ever getting back the life you once enjoyed thanks to depreciation of your skills, your age, and the likely length of this recession, you should feel sorry for me even though I'm the guy that fucked you over and I'm in no real danger of losing anything."

I fully await them descending into full-on A BLOO BLOO BLOO-blubbering.

Going back to TEO, remember when Red or U or somebody bust out A BLOO BLOO BLOO on Molyneux and he didn't know what the fuck? Good times.

The part I hate is the ridiculously small memory constraints on consoles, I'm looking at you Deus Ex:Invisible War with what felt like load screens every goddamn 10 steps. The flow-on effects of what this does for game engines is really anoying. It took ages for streaming world content to catch on, and it still fails quite horrible a fair bit.

The entire 'Bottom of the Barrel' thing is really up there with Wong thinking the Senate was a great idea.

sometimes i wonder if the people who hope to get their ideas published have actually thought about what that means

or they might just be leaving things out for these stupid threads who knows. i know what i talked about is irrelevant though so others might be doing the same

but anyway "ok my idea is people fix up a ship and fly it places"

not really much to go on

my problem is i can never commit to anything so a buncha stuff usually goes unfinished

i get an idea that i'm enthusiastic about for a couple of weeks and then go "ehhh, this is hard and i'm bored. oh hey new game was released."

I love having comments censored in articles talking about censorship. The irony. (It wasn't even that offensive.)

Oh hey remember that thread about firefighters that just stood around and let someone's home burn down a few years ago because they didn't pay their protection money?

Who wants to poke the hornet's nest?
