The mp division is like American and Canadian, so everyone had a day off this week and therefor nothing got done, except balance changes. Cerberus got a fairly heft buff, because discounting Firebase White Geth Gold, cerberus were hands down the easiest enemy.
Also, Ops Packs give 2000 shields instead of 1500.

krogans got a huge buff, armor powers were buffed, and the weekend challenge is extract gold on reapers

Tuesday also drops the Earth mp dlc, so three new maps, six new classes, the prothean beam rifle, and a new difficulty level. One of the new classes has an ability that puts down an ammo/grenade boz for everybody.

I assume it is, there's been nothing on pricing. I also forgot the 3 brand new guns they're adding: a LMG with a shield, an assault shotgun, and an asari pistol.
