If the feds want to come get me for sharing an album with a friend, the equivalent of letting him borrow the CD (where he would rip it without my knowledge), they can go fuck themselves. At least in prison I'd have all of my health expenses covered.

We don't have fair use here, which is what matters as the board is hosted in Canada. We have "fair dealing" and whether this is considered to be ok is anyones guess, as the Criminal Code is pretty much gibberish unless your a lawyer.

Though I'll laugh long and hard if teo got shut down because it violated the CC.
