I had eyes and ears on when I fired my shotgun. Made it sound like "DOOF!" through the muffs. Doesn't do a thing for the mule kick recoil, but the buckshot kicks noticeably less than the 1 1/8oz birdshot rated for 1325fps. What's a 'winchester super x'?

The only use I have for Germany is the Frankfurt Airport, and I'm starting to prefer Geneva as a transit point anyway.

To be fair, Al-Qaida operating alongside the Syrian resistance worries me too, but I'm not going to assume the country will turn into TalibanLand just because of it. There is such a thing as an alliance of convenience.

I was concieved in Germany, so that's a positive or negative depending on your PoV.

It's funny because all resistance movements use whatever tactics work. If that means marching en masse to get salt, then that's what you do. If it means some poor bastards gotta blow himself up, that's what you do.

I really want to jump into the circumcision thread again and ask people defending it how they feel about the Catholic church's view that forcing them to pay for birth control insurance violates their beliefs. But I can predict how that would go.
