i have no idea about stuff to "get ahead" of other 5 year olds

but for kids that are at severe disadvantages due to poverty, race, immigrant status, etc, pre-K programs are fantastic not just at teaching them how to be students but also learning how to socialize and work together

I think Kanastrous talking about how he and his coworkers ignore sexual harassment training was quite a bit more embarrassing than Pinto being a little uptight.

Probably, but then again repeated trainings of ANY kind will generate bad reactions.

If he has to do a one every six months, his bosses are either not doing their jobs because he should be fired or they're doing the training so they can check a box that says they've done training so they don't get sued.

Heck, I stop taking the training process seriously the third or fourth time I've heard it even when I'm the trainer.

Every six months I have to repeat my armed robbery and bullying training.

Its pretty irritating.
