Those are just forums every mod has powers in. They're just deciding on where to place D.Turtle and I.

I often wondered why the mods don't have powers in all the public areas. Rather then waiting for the designated n&p dude to get off work, things could be done quickly.

How is the banning supposed to work? At the moment, the only person I can see without a [Banning] option is me, including adr.

but you MUST first make a post saying "i have in my hands the photo of one beautiful girl, but there are two standing before me" and give a nice speech about the person

then the person has a chance to defend him or her self

when you make your decision you must give the photo to someone and say "congratulations, you're still in teh running toward becoming testingstans next top spammer" and give condolences to hte banned


failure to apply this procedure properly can result in me stripping you of your powers and undoing all your previous decisions
