an acceptable compromise

there's a future in film-making for you zabs

you're already learning to balance the strange desires of your financiers with your artistic vision and the limits of reality

ps happy birthday m8

Same. People who have zero exposure have thought it's good stuff.

So I just got off the phone with a nice girl in Taco Bell PR. My wager with Zab presented them a riddle, wrapped in a mystery, inside a conundrum. All of their food is Made Fresh (TM) at the restaurant. All they've been able to send to our troops in Afghanistan and Iraq is frickin' sauce packets!?!?!?! If Yum Brands' food experts don't come up with a solution, the conundrum will rebound to me. I may have to resort to a cash alternative, and cash just doesn't tast as good as a 7-layer burrito.

I worked for Yum! for a bit. Doesn't surprise me.

Doesn't surprise me that they want you banned, I mean.

Maybe just get one, ice box it and FedEx overnight it? Bean burrito so there's no meat to go bad? I dunno. I really don't want to have to ban you, Chocs.

Dude, that would be like sending a squadron of Brewster Buffalos to fight the Zeros when I should be sending Warhawks. Are you saying it's send food or ban? What if it's shitty food because it wasn't Yum Quality after the flight? That would tarnish America's sterling reputation as a purveyor of five-star comida mejicana.

Shit, now I'm counting on the kindness (and food magic) of strangers in the 959 area code to save me from the frigid barrenness of being kicked off the board that has become my emotional anchor. 20 days to go and counting...

For once I will give you some slack on this because your efforts to satisfy your end of the bargain are being stalled by the Taco Bellstapo

Oh I will make something happen! But, that something might have to be a double sawbuck via PayPal which is NOT what I want.

I will press on with my attempts to ship Mexican food from America to Australia if for no other reason than that the names of our two shining houses on the hill share no less than four letters! :quack:

We need a "manly tears" emoticon stat. Wait we have it! Kangaroos are manly enough to satisfy the manliest man. Truly they are the Chuck Norris of the animal kingdom.
