Look i'm all for laughing at TEH ADM'RAL. And this is coming from someone who was initially interested in some of his stuff and then after a few chapters realized "holy fuck there will be not drama and or tension and or anything other than one sided milwank for eight billion pages."

But the bar has been set so high on that satire already that it takes something special, maybe the thread proves me wrong maybe it doesnt.

yesterday i listened to uraniun's dramatic reading of tsw, but only up to "BALLS SAID LT. MICHAEL WONG"

it is STILL FUNNY

i was initially interested too. i still think "god decides heaven is full, gives earth over to satan, humanity decides to fight back" is a pretty promising concept if done by someone who can write and genuinely likes humanity, as opposed to stuart who only likes blowing shit up

but it didn't take me long to get bored with the stuff where some dude in the plane pressed a button and the targeting system sent a message to the thingy which caused the whatsit to fire at the zzzzzzzzz
