I don't know if I have a toothache or something else going on. I've never had a toothache before, if that's what it is. The side of my neck hurts, somewhat like a strained muscle, and some spots are tender. Slightly swollen glands? I've had some breakout rash stuff going on with my scalp lately which seems to have healed up but maybe I'm fighting off a skin infection. No problems chewing, though, wouldn't that be a problem with a toothache?

My response would be, of course:

"Perhaps you should answer the question 'does your fucking tooth hurt?' and if so you might as well pull it since you can't afford a dentist anyways."
