Posts are a little ways down. The posts by fajner1, asking 1) whether the US has votes of no confidence, and 2) how a hypothetical President Santorum could get anything done without the support of the houses of parliament that the US apparently has.

The fact that Obama has been able to do things (whether you agree with them or not) in spite of the fact that congress hasn't so much as passed a budget in over a year kinda blows holes in that speculation.
