Well like you've said before (either you or veef. Honestly I sometimes get you confused), the artwork actually makes it look like BattleMechs might be capable of a similar level of movement on the ground, it wasn't until the Mechwarrior games came out that Mechs were limited to walking in a straight line and firing. Like I said in the Btech thread, all I want to do is be able to strafe goddamit! Is that too much to ask?F.J. Prefect, Esq wrote:

I don't get it honestly. The artist has to submit one or two pictures of a robot per Technical Readout Book . Like just the front and back so they can make a miniature or a paper cutout.

i just blasted an enemy.... and almost felt joy ove rit
so there was some loud fatass fly in my house
i tried to do live and let live but the buzzing annoyed me and i wanted silence
so i grabbed a weapon
at first phasers on stun
sensor sweep
target lock
fire
a mist of water emerged from my weapon right into the insect's flight path
the buzzing stopped as its wings became wet and it had difficulty flying
that prolly would have been enough
but instead
fire
direct hit
it went to teh ground now unable to fly
i def could have left it now
but i didn't
set phasers to kill
fire
fire
fire
fire
the pressurized stream from my weapon sent the insect back into the air
and then it hit the floor motionless with a trail of water droplets from it to me
murder
i'm a terrible person
but i think i can live with that
because silence has been restored
