also ffffffuuuuuuck live-evil, come on guys. you have one episode of SSX left. JUST ONE EPISODE LEFT. please get that out before you do like another dozen episodes of whatever bullshit series has caught your fancy lately. please. pls.
i just want to be able to marathon the last few episodes of harlock. dont' feel like waiting on you guys for six months to do one episode.
So I've decided that i'm not going to watch anime that Hulu recommends me "based on my previous viewing experience" anymore.
I was watching Valvrave, the new Tenchi Muyo thing, and the original Star Blazers on Hulu, and because of that it recommended that I watch this boring abomination. What about watching action oriented Sci-fi cartoons would make Hulu's "recommendation" system thing I would possibly be interested in this crap?

I dunno what that is but the title art up top should've been an easy tipoff to just skip that one
I'm so tempted to back that if they add a high-def version of episode 1 to any of the bluray versions.
Akko became the school’s hero by slaying the dragon that appeared from the underground dungeon, but her fame is short-lived.
this cannot possibly be an accredited academic institute

That's true. Anything with that many chicks in it is either a romance drama or a harem comedy, and both of those are usually terrible

Well uh no that wasn't what I meant at all. I just hate that art style with a passion and I know of only one decent show that uses it :L

There's just something about that depiction of the four girls from fairly obvious character types that just screams "somewhere offscreen is a poorly developed male character who is a thinly-disguised avatar of the shut-in socially awkward male viewer who will be forced to choose between these four hot chicks who find him irresistible for some inexplicable reason. It will be played as serious romantic drama or "wacky" and comedic. Either way, it will be terrible."

I'm pretty sure if Free! was just 25 minutes of the ED I'd still watch it
hell I probably would it it was just that one part where Rin lords his having water over everyone
probably helps that I can't not see him as gilgamesh there

I don't actually know if Gatchaman Crowds is good or not but
Not really, but like I said somewhere else it seems like the plot is going to be very formulaic and almost troperish.

MOIETSRVBMOMFS* would have made a more accurate acronym, but it's a bit obnoxious.

I'll be perfectly honest, that was a lot better than I thought it would be. I got a bit of a laugh out of 'Are you ... robbing me?'

Well, it's not bad. It simply seems to me that the characterization is going to be archetypal (trope-like).
The actual fight scenes are relatively good for an internet production, I have to say. I just wonder if there's going to be any real substance to this thing.

It's Monty Oum. Unless something drastic's happened, I doubt there's anything substantial to it.

He tends to put together a bunch of impressive and totally over the top fight scenes.
