But more seriously, I really digged the various pictures and photo (gave me inspiration for the story idea I have running in my head), and I found some of the various "social justice" talk interesting. Plus I hardly had anything better to do. *ignore the fact he was supposed to go to the pool*

Well, I'm only ten month in from current right now. There's still a lot to dig.

Can't say you post much as it would be hypocritical from me - between this board and another place, I must make something like 500-600 posts per month. That's basically the only reason I don't have a tumblr, as it would be redundant as far as I'm concerned.

And now I've just marathoned my own tumblr. It was quite the adventure

It's always strange to re-read what you have written or said a "long" time after you said it - sufficiently long that you can see that the you-of-now isn't the same as the you-of-then. It offers an interesting perpective on ourselves, where we come from, the path we followed, and sometimes where we are going - or wish to go toward, or to avoid.

As for change... When I read back old stuff, what I find interesting is what change, and what stays the same. It's kind of fascinating. It's like pointing your telescope at the same spot on the sky at regular interval for decades, and slowly see some things changes while some other things don't ; and these things that don't change, they're kind of stable, and you begin to think that they're your core. What makes you you.

But, if you were to wait long enough, even these thing that seemed like they would always stay the same, you notice they also change over time.


In the end, the only constant is change.

Started watching Durarara. Up to episode 4 so far.

Entertaining watch. I like the music and how it is used to establish atmosphere.
