i've heard a lot of stories about the communists like this too in like eastern europe and shit

What's funny is that I was arrested back in 2004 for saying the following: "I would be better off if they were dead." Stupid teenage angst? Yeah. Anyway, I was charged with a terroristic threat. Somehow the above was interpreted as a direct threat.

Note that my situation may not be the norm, but I find it hard to believe that saying someone should suck the barrel of your gun is not a violation of some law. I'll have to look up some stuff.
