Hey Thanas, I am laughing right now because this is how I predicted it would end up- with you or somebody else affirming that the letter of the rules is all that matters and there's no pretense at any sort of fair treatment- because I said something in the past, I'm marked for the duration of my posting career. You should probably tell Mike that instead of all his legalistic bullshit he should replace his rules with Catch-22 as follows: "We can do anything to you that you can't stop us from doing", because that is what your policies effectively amount to.

EDIT: In fact, this new probation policy is really more of the same. You want a probation policy that would be better? "You guys are back in, but if you're a dick, you're out again." None of this ritualistic aping of society, none of these pseudolaws that deny any interpretation, but rather policies that acknowledge the reality of a forum environment.

I doubt it. I'm even skeptical of the "all testingstanites will be banned" thing. It'd take something pretty outrageous to trigger that kind of action.
