I doubt he'd support the killing of a person to avoid a multitude of murders at the hands of said person. I bet all of those hostage takers were just murdered. Perhaps the community should have protested that he put the gun down and surrender to the authorities?

literally nobody

but if you simply ignore the realities of complex situations in favour of saying

i said it didn't help them: greece was occupied by the axis powers and there was a holocaust there, despite their military resistance
And would you care to cry a few tears for the parents who watched their children being murdered at Nazi hands in addition to your tears for poor widdle Adolf?
i wept for anne frank a couple days ago too

what gets me most emotional are the individual stories; a number like 6,000,000 is too abstract for that part of the brain to react to, but the story of an individual triggers it very easily

Had there been more Greeks or French and UK statesmen willing to actually do something about the Nazis instead of appeasement or sitting on their asses
i agree 100%

And, yet, prior to this, you've yet to say that a post-Anschluss or Munich Agreement invasion would have done anything while instead cleaving to "NON-VIOLENCE FOR ALL PROBLEMS, RARGH" like a drowning man to any piece of flotsam that floats by.
actually i said that ten days ago

you: "And, oddly enough, had they pressured Hitler with military threats early on in his regime [(for instance, after the Anschluss or the annexation of the Sudetenland),he wouldn't have been able to start WWII at all]"

me: "Yes, certainly possible."

i discussed self-defense (which also applies to defense of third parties) in that long thread too

in short: if lethal force is necessary to neutralize imminent harm of death or severe injury, you may use it

Yeah good job making everyone think you're a simpleminded idiot with nothing to contribute

10/10

Next time someone asks me if ADR is really this dumb I'll just say 'survey says yes'

this shit is fucking horrible

as an ordinary member, i suggest everybody shut up about pacifism and lightly bop themselves before posting about it in the future

moving on to a terribler tangent, are there any particular tricks to combat in valkyrie profile 2, or should i just keep at dash-canceling until im actually good at it?

where would the world be without 10 second youtube movie clips????

i have this cool little voice recorder. got it for xmas from my grandmother... oh jeeze i think it is over ten years ago now.... indeed, definitely pre 2000. it be old.

anywho stores twenty seconds or so of sound, but it does only one clip so i have to pick and choose a single thing.

previously i had it on "any of you guys know how to post videos to facebook?" from a commercial that played during the nfl games

currently it has "my anaconda don't want none unless u got buns hun" which i play in response to all the gurlz who want to use me but got that average bootie

if i had my way i wouldn't speak at all, instead opting to play a cliche movie/tv line for every possible social situation

it'd be exactly like this

I took a self-enforced vacation from pretty much all boards.

Just moved to Chicago with my fiance, found I have a little time on my hands while I snuffle about for a job, figured I'd take a dive back into the sea of fat for reasons best described as masochistic.
also, no, not really,
Not too surprising. I recently started up Everquest again since it's gone F2P. Had a look at the boards there, found neckbeards complaining about how the game was so much better when it had a near-vertical learning curve and even more archaic UI and advancement system. The more things change...
but i finally got my hands on a copy of nocturne

One thing I will give SMT is it panders to all genders and orientations pretty evenly, which is kind of refreshing. You actually have a chance to see strong female characters who aren't walking BnB's.

But yeah, the Chicago stuff is pretty cool. Rhi's got full tuition and more to go on a PhD track for invertebrate paleontology at U of C, we've got a really nice apartment in Hyde Park. I caved and went the self e-publishing route on my books after an admission that my writing simply isn't something that will ever appeal to a wide audience, but am also looking into an entomology track at UIC.

Things are generally looking up.

good luck to the two of you- medical bullshit means i'm currently going part-time at wayne state and working full-time at a complete bullshit job, which radicalizes me literally every single day :v

hoping to get a better job soon though

i love that persona 2 is is probably the first game to have a gay main character who ends up in a relationship with the protagonist and does it in a really very nonpandering way
