Zod, if you're on the floor and dancing you're usually doing better than 90% of other guys there.

In fairness there wasn't much else aside from the dance floor. The downside is that most all the girls there seemed to be either attached or not interested. :v

I'm not really sure what to feel about this except that I'm still too in shock to feel angry or anything.

If you bring some friends and have a sense of humor, it can really help. I got so many dates just dancing and having a good time looking silly... Of course, it probably works best in a college town.

Now when my wife and I go clubbing, I still have a good time, but it just makes me feel so old for some reason.

Is that because the college chicks no longer hit on you?

And New York just happens to have several massive universities so it's probably close enough.

I got through the worst of the suicidal urges a while ago and I'm pretty sure I'm not in any real danger. I just mainly had a wrench thrown in my life from the depression and it's going to take a bit to sort it out. Thanks for checking in though :)

No, because I no longer understand the clothes or the music.

I fucking hate buying shoes. All the ones that look nice and comfortable end up turning my heels into confetti because of some fatal design flaw and then I have to go back to the store. Blegh.

The problem is the ones that I find tend to stop being made by the time I wear them out. And unfortunately sneakers aren't appropriate for everything I do.

Why are people yelling about US drone strikes and "rendition" on N&P as if they can do something about it?! And while it's feeding the cycle of violence in the Afghanistan/Pakistan regions and getting innocent bystanders killed, the US Government did not wake up one day and order drone strikes out of nowhere.
