Anyone Know How To Screw Around With Android Phones?

I don't want to get rid of my Atrix, but I wanna keep it current and there is a leaked version of ICS that Motorola was apparently working on and finished, but didn't release.

You gotta do all sorts of weird nerdy things that I don't understand with bootloaders and such to get it on your (my) phone and I need help with it, or better yet, just step by step instructions.

Anyone know how to do this wacky stuff with phones?
