Gun Show

#1 Post by Agent Bert Macklin »

I'm heading out for breakfast and then a first trip to a gun show. I'll report back with photos if they're allowed.

If you can, and there are anti-tank rifles, would you mind snapping a pic?

Overall it was boring. I saw a few rifles with drum magazines (100 rounds total) and a Bushmaster 50 caliber rifle.

The only interesting things there were the knives.

I can't imagine how you'd have fun at a gun show if you weren't actually there to buy things.

Wouldn't you have trouble firing guns, Knub ? Or are most guns ergonomics not that bad in your case ?
No.

I can fire a pistol and that's about it. I've been to the range a few times.

I did see a Walther PPS, though. It felt nice in the hand.

What state was the show? That has a direct effect on how interesting the wares put up for sale are.

Heck, that should be two bags of fun. But no full auto.

Does anyone ever actually fire those anymore or are they just for show?

I've seen a couple at a gun show I went to with my friends, and they just looked like show-pieces.

How much of an animal would an AT rifle leave to eat anyways?

A smear.

But yeah, all the time. Keep in mind that anti-tank rifles are what we call anti material rifles today. Unfortunately our range is only rated to .338 Lapua, and .50cal is silly expensive.
