The issue is that I suck at whiteboard tests, which shouldn't even be a thing. The real world does'nt work like that: I don't have five people watching me code a feature I was tasked with. I understand it's supposed to "demonstrate" how I think things through. I fail because I have people watching me and when I ask for help, their faces ALWAYS fall.
