So I got to play today for the first time in a few months. Season Nine is good so far. Stakes are upped, the overall plot marches on, stuff I like to see.

And omg Chris I actually put a KDFlotte project on cooldown :fukyu:

So, I was battling some Romulans tonight. They nailed me pretty good with a Torpedo Spread, taking me down to minimal health. No biggie, I'll just hit Alt-6, which is my key bind for Engineering Team II. That'll save me!

But in my haste, I accidently hit Ctrl-6. :(

Ctrl-6 is bound to Abandon Ship. *smirk*

i play with every unused slot on the bar filled with abandon ship

i find it gives me extra focus knowing that a single mis-key will doom my crew

that's the razor's edge

Just booted it up again with a new character. I can't believe the beta was five years ago.

To my amazement, I'm still grinding. Chris gave up, with good reason.

Crystalline Event is running right now, so no.

Also fleet stuff is happening, and I cannot just let it die.

Also I cannot abandon the ladies.

I didn't choose the fleet life Chris, the fleet life chose me.
