It's a total indulgence, but when you fry up ten pieces of bacon and stuff mashed potatoes in the middle, it's somehow worse than eating a whole bag of chips or a giant monster slice of cake. I used to eat my Eggo's with peanut butter and a protein shake for breakfast when I was doing physical therapy after my various knee surgeries. Truly, waffles are the premier breakfast bread choice.

Also why I love el Pollo Loco, because you can get a lot of food reasonably good for you at a damn good price and save those calories for the bar later.

It's funny. I'm one of those freaks that actually LIKES the Jared special at Subway. The closest one to work is just too busy to get there, get food, and get back in 30 minutes.

BTW, another place I like is Chipotle, its too spicy to overeat there.

The one on El Toro Rd is still going strong, I eat there a lot because of the previously mentioned Elkburgers. Bison burgers are good too.
