No one who isn't a Homogeneous Penis Compensator Autobot is really arguing that the US hasn't fucked over a lot of countries, with the Philippines being one of many receiving the fucking over.

That said, Shroom directs his bile towards the American government and its apologists and cheerleaders. And that's not counting, at least according to the BBC, that Filipinos on average are more likely to view Americans in a positive light than pretty much any other nationality, which would put Shroom in the minority even if he blamed all Americans for the government's policies.
