i like how ppl still think that unions caused the decline of the big 3 auto companies in the us and a

when germany was doing just fine at the same time, and is heavily unionized. japan was somewhat unionized as well

and lol at ignoring the massive management failures within ford/gm/chrysler at the time

nope! gotta be unions!

Hey Stark, do you still have Conquest: Frontier War? And would you ever be interested in doing Multiplayer? I haven't played the game with other people since Hotfoot and I used to do multi in '04-'05.

Gah. Whatever made me puke in class yesterday has been assaulting my digestive system for the last 24 hours. I can feel my bowels prepare for one final effort to cast this demon from my flesh.

I must prepare myself.

I kind of want to see the new Total Recall movie. Hopefully it's not terrible.

It's a worse remake of a movie that didn't need a remake. The plot isn't as good and Farrell isn't Schwarzenegger.

dear youtubers

stop making "extended versions" of music

you have driven me to want to create a scathing satire, extending the star music from super mario bros to 90 minutes

except someone has probably already done it unironically

who even listens to the same song eighteen times in a row jesus make a mixtape or something instead

kthxbye

I just saw From Dusk Till Dawn. It was fun enough, but I don't see why people rave about it.

i've listened to bgm on loop for like an hour before

i get doing something and just want some bgn (background noise) so i turn on some bgm and leave it as i w0rk

but what i don't understand is why does the youtubers extend the length? why can't you just loop it? (this can sound very continuous with video game music just get a program that reads the game files themselves, they are made to loop continuously for the most part)

PS It's a new adaptation and the title is for marketing purposes. And your buddy is a fool for comparing it to the original adaptation. How do you have a decent opinion on the film if you compare it? the new one doesn't even have a trip to Mars, just like the story it's based on.

So there have been a lot of accusations of the recent Batman movie being anti-Occupy. I'm thinking it's slightly different on reflection.

Think about it. Bane is a foreign mercenary who inspires blind fanatical devotion in his followers. He recruits primarily among the poor and disenfranchised. He is openly hostile towards the wealthy and the establishment. He associates almost exclusively with terrorists and criminals. When he takes control of Gotham, he is a massive tyrant, and the government is completely and explicitly useless at preventing or countering any of his power plays. Plus there's whole thing where he talks at length about hope, and how he is secretly using it as a weapon to destroy society.

Bane in the movie covers just about every aspect of the imaginary Obama cooked up in the fever dreams of Fox News.

If you ask Rush Limbaugh, Bane is supposed to represent Bain Capital, in order to smear Romney. :v

Occupy is totally ineffective at this point, so I have a hard time seeing why anyone would associate him with them.
