You know when the Navy stops ships to inspect them? Yeah, they're the ones who go do the inspecting. Well that and port security, I guess. Which they also do stateside.

I remember fifteen years ago if you visited navy.mil there was the usual loading-at-28.8k-if-you're-lucky waiting game(certainly from down here) and then a bit more loading after the images had finished and suddenly DING DING as a .wav file of a ship's bell played

I just went to the same address and was both disappointed and relieved that the game has been stepped up somewhat
