There is no poor grammar on that sign. Maghrebi Arabic tends to prefer rendering the usual I as an E, i.e., Islam becomes Eslam, due to Ottoman Turkish influence where this is very common (Shariah becomes Sheriat, for instance), since romanization and transliteration in general is a very inexact art. Profit is an innocent mistake of a word sounding exactly the same. The wrong word is used but it is spelled correctly.
