I've gone past throwing up, pushed through screeching eels, gotten beyond shakes, fever and roaming hotspots, started sweating again, and now am dealing with nothing tasting good, and the second worst burps in history.

So I guess it's a slow march to improvement.

Phant's just reminded me I haven't filed a tax return for the last two financial years. I better get onto that.

Christ getting in shape is hard. I can't do more than fifteen pushups at a time. This is what I get for not exercising for like eight years.

Good intention to say no to projects so I still have some free time: failed. The free meeting sandwiches get me every time.

You know, I'm wondering if it'll be easier for me to do pushups and situps after i've lost a little weight. I mean, it's gotta be easier to do a pushup at 160 pounds than it is at 225.

Just keep working at it. Crank pushups til you can't, wait a few minutes, crank again, cool off a couple days, do it again.

I mean, yes, it'll get easier when you lose weight, but that's not a reason to stop right now, and it'll make you stronger.

Yeah, you'll build up way more core strength if you can do it with the extra weight still on.

(says the stick figure who just this evening weighed in at a whopping 55kgs)

Pushups, squats, situps. Rotate through them doing exhaustion sets, when you can't do any more of one, go onto the next one.

Forgive the music, but watch this youtube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wkVVMzKlM24) and then go get a Kettlebell and amaze at the fact you can't even do one Turkish Get-up. Seriously though - if you're worried about not going out, then get a Kettlebell (only need one, but variety is nice) and do sequences with it. Doesn't take much room, you can even do it infront of the TV and it builds whole body strength nicely as well as being good conditioning.

yes it is blurbs and press releases and stuffs

company is xlibris it publishes all sorts of books, a lot of which happen to be christoids

i liek making blurbs for christo books, i get perverse pleasure at emulating their rhetoric down to the T, it's like "lol i totally know how you humanoids think in your brains" and all the christoid tricks liek jeebus lord savior accept heart gawd deebil etc.
