The Glue Factory
Re: The Glue Factory
I was never much of a tabletop gamer anyway.
Unless it's Ponies in D&D.

Is Pathfinder (effectively open source D&D 3.5) close enough?RogueIce wrote:I was never much of a tabletop gamer anyway.

Re: The Glue Factory
I would roll an Earth Pony for sure.
Re: The Glue Factory
That makes no sense whatsoever.
Re: The Glue Factory
It's a mix of two other memetastic comics, which I don't know the sources of, or even their "names".
No.

I bet it's Cadance becoming, like, Official Princess of the Crystal Empire or something.
Now that I have that out of the way...RogueIce wrote:You're a horrible person and you should feel bad.

YAY PONIES!
I think I can safely say Fluttershy has not been Flanderized after all.
And you know, standalone episode it was, but it sets up rather nicely the arc began in the premier. What could Celestia possibly need Discord's magic for? I can't wait to find out!

Re: The Glue Factory
Well, that was... fast.
I didn't expect Discord to be so easily convinced. I mean, it's not completely out of character as far as I can judge, but still, what we saw from "The Return of Harmony" led me to believe that making him change his ways would be harder.
Okay, he's not Evil - he's just a trickster, and egocentric above all, the only thing mattering to him being his own amusement. But that still felt rushed.
I guess you can do only so much characterization when you have only a 22 minutes long episode to pull something like this ?

In retrospect...
Sometimes, what is most important is not what is being said.

Re: The Glue Factory
You know it's now series canon that Fluttershy can befriend and mostly reform Chaos.
Just pointing that out.
