That the brony movement wishes to dictate the terms of the show because they missed the point where they are not the target audience. This is a show for little girls. We are very lucky that the characterisations are relatively sophisticated andthe storylines are often compelling and a lot of fun, yet then you get young men complaining that males are background characters. People like that seem to think the show owes them. If anything, they owe it.

Welcome to fandom, dude. You know how often I see that sort of shit about Power Rangers? I just ignore it, TBH. And thankfully, so do the show producers. And the more intelligent members of the fandom who know that they fell in love with the show the way it is and if they did change it to "please" the fans, well, it wouldn't be that show anymore, would it?

Which brings me back to the whole fan-term thing which annoys me. Yes, there are plenty of jackass bronies out there. But there are plenty of bronies who are not jackasses but people just sort of lump them in anyway. And it's not like anyone can control who does or doesn't call themselves a brony, MLP fan, whatever.

Apple family song! HELL YEAH! Also with Pinkie Pie for some reason. Looks interesting.

Maretropolis is a place now. Also: GO GO POWER PONIES!

Scootaloo episode with her fellow CMCs, being ragged on for her inability to fly by Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon. Looks like an excellent character episode. Also the setup is that (apparently) she's representing Equestria in the Games.

And, finally...LUNA EPISODE OMIGOSH OMIGOSH OMIGOSH. :flagg: Looks like Twilight is seeing what happened the first time Nightmare Moon raised her mane. That should be an interesting one. Backstory FTW.

Indeed.

Oh, and to go back to the previous point I made: apparently they gave kids priority in asking their questions and had their own special Q&A before letting the bronies ask. That's pretty cool. I know the pony con panels I see usually make an effort to give kids front of the line privileges as well.

People still remember who this show was originally and continues to be made for. I like that.
