I really like this show (on about episode seven now). The one with the blue hair is great. I might start using a Kyubei avatar for a bit lol, that creepy evil cat is awesome.
Aw man I just finished watching it two minutes ago
god-damn
that was a basically perfect show
(except Madoka's mum is a pretty terrible parent, yeah sure my 13-year-old daughter I'll just let you run around in a tornado)
but why do animes always kill off my favourite characters, poor Sayaka
I have to say I was expecting the final witch to turn out to be Homura, what with the big gear attached to her, but the actual ending was much better than anything I was guessing
also fuck kyubei yo
favourite line: 'maybe this is a story where friendship and courage conquer everything!'
But god that was tupping bleak and it doesn't even have the decency to let me wallow in it. Poor Madoka, poor Sayaka. Dang.
del toro should make a shitty magical girls film next (rather than a shitty giant robots film)
actually can anyone recommend anything else in this genre, I've been suitably impressed that I want to see more.
It was also interesting as always to see some good-quality stuff aimed at girls, just because the characters were a refreshing change (for the record I also rewatched Gurren Lagann this week). The lack of tupping fanservice (at least as far as I could see) was a nice change of pace too.
well I did mean magical girls stuff, but I'm interested in anything of good quality
I'd be up for anything more lighthearted, as long as it's not too sickeningly sweet (that said I watch my little pony, so my tolerance for that stuff is fairly high)
Gatchaman Crowds has managed to be one of those rare things where it upset me so much I had to stop watching and also this isn't a complaint against the show
Hey Char we heard you were down let's make it up to you by focusing this entire fucking episode on the viewpoint of your favourite character how's that
