Re: videojuegos
Or just get an external one and plug it into a USB.
Re: videojuegos
You could try that, though I'm not sure I'd suggest running games that way. Not unless the latest revisions of USB have gotten blindingly fast.

Re: videojuegos
USB 3.0 is fast enough to run Xbox One games, so it seems that way.
Re: videojuegos
Whoa, for reals? It's not doing any streaming from disc either?

Re: videojuegos
No, the X1 only reads the disc when it's installing.
Re: videojuegos
Fancy. So yeah, storage isn't really a hurdle unless you don't have a spare $60. Which is totally reasonable, I don't have a spare $60 right now.
Re: videojuegos
Well, I sure am glad I bought a PS4.
Because now it doesn't work. It just blinks back and forth from the menu to a black screen forever, regardless of TV, cable, HDMI port, boot order, or system options.

Re: videojuegos
Right now it's currently a false alarm
What seems to have happened is that I haven't really played it since it updated to 1.7, so I didn't realize that this introduced a problem with the HDMI handshake it makes to TV's
In order for my PS4 to start working, I had to disable "Deep Color" mode by navigating menus while the screen was blinking on and off. I also had to manually change the resolution to 720p and back again.

It is no longer a false alarm, as it's started doing it again.

Alright. I've been dancing around it for ages, but i've decided I'm finally going to go back and finish Oblivion, Fallout 3, and all of their DLC. Unfortunatly I don't know how long it will take me to do this as I am about to start a full time job as a security guard and go to school at the same time.

Yep. My last day there is tomorrow. For the forseeable future I will have Full free medical coverage, 401K matching up to 15% of my wages, and 1000$ a year of tuition reimbursement.

The only down side is that working full time probably won't allow me to start taking three or four classes a semester again like i'd hoped, so It might slow up my completion of school.

Re: videojuegos
So yeah. I am officially giving up on Borderlands, and between this and Colonial Marines, I am never buying another Gearbox game again.

Re: videojuegos
The absurd grind-heavy nature of the "Secret Armory" DLC. Specifically that I have to re-fight general Knoxx twice after I killed him in the main story to complete post-game missions.
