Ah. I've read up to about part way through the second one and it's alright, but Chengar is the only one whose stuff honest to God feels like an excerpt from the life of Harry Dresden.

Plus Butcher tweeted about My Little Denarians, so there's that.

And then the next novel mentioned that Maggie's room is decorated with "pictures of brightly covered cartoon ponies..."
