I tried playing some BF3 again the other night. After 30mins of updates and searching through server ghettos I found a mixed mode/map server populated by people who weren't complete fuckholes.

Then last night I played some MW3 with Tim. After 15s of browsing as a party, we found a game and it was populated by people who are complete fuckholes.

So then we played some Dino D-Day. And it was AMAZING.

In other news the gauss rifle is the most amusing cheese ever

I think we were in the server for five minutes before I got called a faggot.

This slightly below the usual average.

Minutes?

We were still in the fucking lobby when that Westie sparked up.

You guys are such failures I don't even know what to say

But I will say that despite the Internet whining console players seem to be way less annoying

Because on console I don't play anything "competitive" except for small scale stuff with people I know.

So I never really put up with it.

And the majority of games on PC are smart enough to go: "do you ever really want to hear what these troglodytes are saying? Because if you are, go in this fucking third party program and do it..."

Yeah

Smart

Fuck you're dumb

Anyway I've only heard like 3 annoying people on xbox ever. Most people are in parties and thus silent, but I've had not a few people in pub chat that are helpful and interesting.

Contest with every PC game I have ever played that is wall to wall music, feedback and racism. No console babies, though.

I had a seizure on Sunday. A bad one.

I recover from seizures in under an hour. But in all of the spasming I ballsed up my back. Whine whine whine.

I forgot my meds a few times in the last week, because I have a shitty sense of routine, so that's probably it.

You know what else blows? I bit my tongue while seizing, and it still hurts like a motherfucker.

A funny aside; I was quasi conscious, and weakly tried to struggle away from the EMTs. Apparently it was funny to watch.

Have some slightly melty ice cream to help with the tongue.

The problem I have is that it's right at the back of my tongue. Between that and my back, this wrecks my two favourite things, eating and walking places. Also, I can't drive for a month! I'm stuck on public transport for work again. *grumble*

You know the one upside of this seizure? I didn't piss myself. Everything else went wrong, but my pants stayed dry. LIKE A BOSS.

This should be the last post of my bitching about this.

Got asked to do a column for a website discussing television. I get to bring my history education to the fore. Good on me.

Back still hurts like a fucker. Tongue is now fine.

Oh goody. Looks like I might have to quit drinking any type of milk. It's the only thing that I can tie to this nagging cough I've had for the last couple of weeks (right at the bottom of my throat too, cough drops do nothing!)

sorry to hear that, mike

how often do you usually get seizures? they're probably most petit mal, right?

also zod try drinking almond or coconut milk instead

give it a try, it tastes the same

cow milk has always made me feel a little gross after drinking it but almond milk is awesome

edit: for serious, see if your store has almond breeze unsweetened vanilla almond milk and just put it in your cereal

the silk brand stuff tastes funky so don't recommend that

One in 2003, and one last week. I get daily myoclonic jerks which are apparently little seizures.

Both have been tonic clonic.
