I'm in a mall
I can hear sirens and mechanical noises
Ican hear rending metal and moans
Bizarre tension sound effects are goin off left and right
There are also splashes and some kind of crashing noise

I think I'm in a bad horror film

Well, there's been a crew (crews?) out at this house all week fixing it up.

So, there's some hope.

Normally, easy credit to the point where the bank will throw money at business owners up till a few years ago.

And there are still people who manage to fail even with that.

Yeah, they're definitely repairing that house. They've done the landscaping, fixed the fence, and it looks like they're replacing the carpet today.

So that's something of a relief.

gah i was just told someone else is already about to write an offer on that house

that just went on the market wednesday

of course my agent said "i walked to the selling agent who said there was another agent"

i can't help but wonder if it is a sales tactic

but fuck it i want to do it anyway

of course the thought that there's a competing bid is making me consider going higher than i was going to

eh i wish the fucking banks were open on weekends

edit lol i called the seller agent myself to get basic info on wednesday

what if i am "competing" with myself?

Hehe. I have a spinal cord issue due to a car accident in 2001 when I was rear ended by a bitch on her cellphone and I have to get it checked every 2 years to make sure it's not getting worse. It's been stable but I've had some balance issues and a couple concussions since my last one so they wanted to check it out early.

Physiotherapy feels funny. Now my back is covered in tape.

Upside: I only pay $12.80 a session.

Ironically blocking the board for guests resulted in a whole bunch of wankers joining who previously wouldn't have.

The board software+hardware can't handle long threads. Throw in that the board managed to rank up really high for a popular news story for some reason it was block guests or the site became completely unusable.

Not do that lol

I wonder what makes people who host a stupid thing be unable to just turn it off and walk away when it gets too hard

I don't think you can really fault a person for wanting to keep a thing going for other people :v

In any case, the owner intends to use Spacebattles to stress-test his new forum software, much like he used Spacebattles to stress-test vBulletin.
