So Occupy Lincoln is doing these community events every other Saturday in a local park. Now some nutball claiming to work for Parks and Rec is telling us it's against municipal code to "solict for a public event." The section they cited doesn't say anything like that at all, but I'm pretty amazed anyone would think a law preventing you from telling people about, for instance, a birthday party is reasonable.
