What is your opinion of the Sam Gagner situation? Is his recent performance a cleverly disguised attempt at boosting his trade value? Is he fighting for a chance to stay in Edmonton? Is he actually really that good and was just slacking for a long time?

Watching The Cosby Show for research.

There's an episode where a ~14y/o girl is talking with her boyfriend in that hilariously nervous 14 y/o style. The audience is laughing and cheering on cue. But one man clearly shouts out "TOO YOUNG!"

Interesting.

Someone will come and remove the visitor, probably an orderly or security if they have it.

This is the last year of his contract, he is playing for dollars as much as anything else right now.

That man clearly wasn't Cesario.

Yeah. I don't get the impression I'm getting fired anytime soon or anything but the work environment's getting a lot more unpleasant.

Thats the sucktastic thing about a shit job market, employers less determined to do things about shitty environments than usual.

I am thankful I have a good job at a good place even though pay is nothing to write home about but I have *powers.* Would like more challenges and responsbilities though.

in my case the pay is decent (for amurrica hurf hurf), but i've basically been doing the same thing for 5 years with no real positive future outlook

the fact that i hate denver really just adds to it

I asked a lady in Denver once if they referred to Denver omlettes as just omlettes. I can't remember her response but my omlette was good enough.

i'm like the only one of my friend group (apart from work or university friends) who actually works with something i like

the pay isn't that good right now but as long as i'm not more exploited than the others i don't really care

cause i get money doing what i would otherwise do for free anyway

I'm learning how to use Twitter right now. Or rather, watching a social media "expert" teach old people how to use Twitter and Facebook in an election campaign.

While I tweet about it. #elxnpc

Soooo boring PS how many of you have Twitter? I follow Ando Gands Flibz Dalton and Los but Ando tweets boring MMA and Video game stuff and Los doesn't tweet much and the rest are silent.
