Here's the main problem I have: we can check that charges brought in error are corrected. Judges, juries, appeals, etc. It's not perfect, but the system can work for it.As to your second point, well yeah, its a law, that's open to abuse. Fair point but there has to be a system in place, like for all laws, to stop that happen. Just because there is scope for abuse doesn't stop things being worthwhile though.
But, what about the other side? Suppose they bring charges against people spewing anti-testingstan hate speech, but never say anything about anti-teoite hate. What do we do then? Would the now perceived special treatment for testingstanis make the teoite feel even worse?
